Meditation Camps

Premgandha started its first residential camp back in 2017. Since then, the camps are being taken regularly. We arrange at least 2 camps a month.

Our Gurudev has designed the camp structure himself. Gurudev is 100% confident about the whole structure of camp that on the first day itself Gurudev promices that, your purpose of attending the camp will be completed. Some might call it overconfidence; we call it self-belief. We assure you that our meditations and Gurudev's guidance will help you find your true potential and your self-belief will boost like never before. I am sure you must be intrigued to know more about the camp now... Let's dive right into it then!

3 Days Camp Schedule and Structure:-

Premgandha camps are always organized on weekends for convenience of the Sadhakas.

Once you contact our team regarding the camp, you'll be notified about all the essentials you need to pack for the camp as well as the bus timetable. People with private cars are expected to reach the venue before 10 AM.

Day 1:

  • Sadhakas are taken to our resort which is based in the lush green, pure and refreshing environment of Bhorgiri.

  • All the Sadhakas are allotted their rooms and healthy, delicious breakfast is served.

  • After breakfast everyone is advised to sit in the Sadhana Hall and the inauguration session begins.

  •  The initiation of the camp is done by singing Premgandha Prayer followed by instruction for the camp by Maa Videhi ji. Later Gurudev joins us and open heartedly enquires about each and every sadhaka’s well-being.

  • Later on, we move towards some basic breathing techniques-

Basic Breathing Exercises:

Many of us have shifted towards a sedentary lifestyle. Thus, deep breathing is not really what we are used to. So, some basic breathing is taken for the Sadhakas to prepare them for the later Sadhanas.

Lunch:

Our Culinary team serves the healthiest and Satvik meals. Our team members Maa Annapurna and Adwait dada Kashalikar prepare the food with complete dedication and love. These meals are scientifically designed according to the whole camp structure to give you better results.

Sadhana Hall-

After lunch Sadhakas are allowed to rest for a bit and then Sadhanas are continued.

Evening session-

Evening session is the most fun session of the camp. This is because many people grow up and forget the child living in themselves. In evening sessions, we try to extract that child from you. Our intention is to make every Sadhaka believe that you can still nurture the child in you and be happy. Being adult and mature doesn't mean always being serious.

Evening session consists of -

1) Dance Session

2) Fun Games

Well, these sessions are more about experience than merely description. We bet that you'll enjoy these sessions as our Youth team pours their heart out in designing the games for all of you.

Dinner-

After fun sessions everyone routes back to the dining hall for dinner. Steamy, delicious dinner is what Sadhakas crave for after the exciting evening session.

Charcha Satra-

One of the most important sessions is held after dinner, which is the Charcha Satra. We all have so many questions about spirituality as well as life in general. So, this session is where Gurudev himself converses with all the Sadhakas. Sadhakas ask questions and Gurudev paves their path with his wise and graceful words.

After Charcha Satra everyone gets back to their rooms for the night’s sleep.

Day 2-

Sadhakas are waken up with the soothing music played by our Youth Team.

Zumba-

A Zumba session is arranged especially for the Sadhakas to make them fresh and prep their bodies for the day. A good stretching in the morning helps Sadhakas sit for Sadhanas for longer periods.

Morning Jap-

Maa Videhi ji begins the morning jap session first and then Gurudev mesmerizes it with his own final touch. The combined vibrations of the hall during jap are magical.

Sadhanas-

After the morning jap, we start with the days Sadhanas.

Day 2 mainly consists of the most number of Sadhanas. Day 2 and Day 3 consists of our special Sadhanas which we intend to keep as a surprise for you.

Seva-

Selfless service is one of the key principles of Premgandha. Hours of sitting on the floor can be a bit strenuous for the muscles because of lack of practice. To help you relieve your pain our Sevekari Team gives every Sadhaka a massage. Each and every Sadhaka is treated differently according to their medical history and the type of pain.

Maa Prema ji has herself discovered these unique massage techniques through Sadhana. All these are backed with Naturopathic and Ayurvedic medicines which in all has the potential to cure your pain from its roots.

Medicine Team-

Maa Videhi ji plays a huge role in the medicine team. She is so dedicated towards Premgandha and its Sadhakas that she herself makes medicines from Ayurvedic herbs for the Sadhakas.

Sadhakas are treated differently according to their medical history and the type of disease. These medicines are freshly made and fully natural. Also, the use of naturopathy and ayurveda makes them side effects free.

Maa Pramodini ji herself makes sure that each and every Sadhaka is given their specific medicine on time. Youth team and other team members help in the medicine distribution.

The rest of the day's timetable goes similar to Day 1.

Day 3, the final day:-

Day 3 is a real big deal because now it hits the Sadhakas with nostalgia even before leaving the camp. The morning session consists of an important sadhana.

After Lunch everyone goes back in the Sadhana Hall to relax.

Then comes to bid bye bye to everyone. In presence of everyone, the Sadhakas share their camp experience. Seeing the transformation in fellow Sadhakas and feeling the transformation in our own self is a mind-blowing realisation that we go through. What is left is true feeling and respect for Gurudev.

Afterwards Sadhakas are guided towards their respective vehicles by bidding everyone bye bye.
